What content will I find on Picdeo?
Official image, video and document material exclusively from verified providers: hotels, hotel groups, airlines, cruise lines, tourism boards and tour operators.
May I use the content for consultation and advertising — including social media?
Yes, within the usage rights documented for each file. Every download automatically generates a PDF license record that captures the applicable terms. So it is never a blanket “anything goes” — it is the license shown for each item.
How do I know a piece of content is officially cleared?
Content comes exclusively from verified providers and only becomes visible once the provider has published it. Every download comes with a license record that documents that the use is legitimate.
Can I contact providers directly?
Yes. Through the provider profiles you can send cooperation requests and get in touch with providers.
Can I use Picdeo just for content, without actively networking?
Yes. Picdeo is first and foremost a content platform: searching and downloading is entirely enough. The network and cooperations are additional options, not a requirement.
Is Picdeo available in German and English?
Yes, the entire platform is available in German and English.
How do I register my travel agency — do I need to install anything?
You register for free and confirm your email address; then you are ready to go. Picdeo runs in the browser, there is nothing to install. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

Who is a provider account for?
For travel suppliers that provide official material: hotels, hotel groups, airlines, cruise lines, tourism boards/DMOs, tour operators and travel insurers.
What does Picdeo cost for providers?
Registering and exploring is free. For active use there are four categories (Small, Standard, Group, Enterprise) starting at €550 net per year. For the first partners in each category there is also a reduced launch offer for the first year (until 31 March 2027). The current prices are on the pricing page.
What contract terms are available?
Twelve or 24 months. The 24-month term comes with a commitment advantage. After that, the contract renews automatically for the same term again — that is, for 12 or 24 months.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current term. Your access stays fully active until the term ends, and a scheduled cancellation can be undone up to that point.
What content can I provide, and how do travel agencies see it?
You publish images, videos and documents centrally. They only become visible to verified travel agencies once you have published them — you set embargo dates and validity periods yourself.
Do I keep control over rights and usage?
Yes. You define the usage rights for your content, and every download generates a license record with those terms locked in. You also see download statistics for your content.
